hello, everybody.

We should calculate the stablity of transistor first where we design the LNA, my question is that we should calcuate the stablity after we finished the design?

thank you!

Hi

Answer: YES!

You should check the stability when your design is finished.
And take in to account layout affect (if possible)

Hi,

Usually design flow of any amplifier includes the next steps:
- check stability of selected transistor
- design matching circuits to provide stable operation, may be by using resistive components (Sometimes you can read that input and output terminations of LNA in stable region is enough. But it means that you have to provide proper termination at any conditions.)
- desing DC bias circuits
- optimize circuit (in-band ripple, NF, linearity...)
- check stabilty again
