could you please help me understand problem 1.59 of sedra and smith 5th ed.

Rin/(Rin+10)>0.9 and 1/(Rout+1)>0.9 give us the required value for Rin and Rout in kohms. For amplifier gain (1/0.01)/(0.9*0.9 ) ~124.

1/(Rout+1)>0.9
from this, I get Rout<0.111kOhms
