hello everyone,
i required help for making making microcontroller based voice recognition system using hm2007 & avr microcontroller,
i refer following pdf for building voice recognition system using hm2007 & i build the circuit, i tried prcedure mentioned in pdf, but enable to stor voice data in hm2007, suggest me some solution

i want to build Programming board for HM 2007 for that i refer following

but in that circuit vcc given to sram chip via BAT85 diode, but i gave vcc directly to sram chip, is there any difference, i unable to store voice data
