Help regarding ADS2009. Dc Analysis of MOSFET

Hi,
i have done S-params analysis using the script file of s-parameters but i am unable to model Dc analysis because i cann't find Fll200IB-1 MOSFET in the libraries of ADS.plz let me know how can i model it in ADS2009 or any way to use it for Dc analysis purpose. Thank YOU

Ask them to send you the Design kit or Design Model of the required transistor.
one simply can't model each peculiarities of a Mosfet by himself.
 
I have tried Ads mode for VMMK-1218. But these are .zap extension files and i do'nt know how to use them. can anyone let me know the procedure for itSite for the ADS model is?

It's a zipped Project File.Install it and you will see a model and equivalent schematic of package of that transistor.
You can go on by using this model and package schematic as a symbol on your design schematic.

Open ADS -> File -> unarchive Project then choose the .zap file & click OK !!!
You can then use model for simulations.
