Hi there,

I'm building an RC/robotics project where I need to power a pico-itx board with a 12V 5A power source. All of the system (board+motors) is powered by a 5000mah 6C lipo battery so I need a dc-dc voltage stabilizer/converter. I found this one in Ebay: **broken link removed**
Is this module considered safe for the system? If not, can you please recommend me an alternative?

Thanks! Best regards,
TSC
