One question regarding PNP transistor.

Emitter(E) & Collector(C) side seem to be able to reverse its current into Base (B),

my question is :
if i am using a microchip to drive a PNP transistor,
and i am driving a 24V motor, from E-to-C (Emitter to collector),
then if back-EMF happens,
will the current flow back into Base (B) and spoilt my microchip?

I am using 5V supply to my microchip and 24V for my motor,
so my question is, is it safe to use it this way?

my same problem also apply to NPN, will NPN back-reversed current and spoilt microchip?

Thanks.

wow really a new concept in transistors eager to hear more in it

i have not heard of such things but there is no relationship to ensure such action

You can run out of coupling isolation, protect the controller.
