I have a PC-1000VA ups power supply that seems to have festered its mains plug fuse carrier and caused a problem, it looks like a version of many out there and just Chinese!!.

It has a circuit board marked CE200N 350-1600VA dated 2014.11.04, 4x relays across the board width (1 x 12v 3 x 24v) an I.C. HR6P72P4DL, along with an LM324. Behind the relays are three resistors and three capacitors (220uf plus 2 x 22uf 100v) also 2 x diodes which look like Mosfet snubbers

I found capacitors 22uf 100v poor ESR so am changing them, also its Mosfets as one seemed to be leaky, the problem is that as it builds up output which passes 250v will shut down, hoped the data sheet of the HR6' might give a circuit clue but no such luck and my Chinese is not that good.

If its a small component then a circuit might give me an idea, if anyone can help with some circuit with similar set up that would be great.

Many Thanks from David :)

Its Brand is Power Cool as its front badge has been found also I have some pictures to help identify it.

Many Thanks from David :)
