Hi I am simulating an OLED structure in Atlas Silvaco, I have as output results the luminous power in (watt/um) as a function of the voltage (V), I want to convert this luminous power into luminance (cd/m2), how can I do it?

Obviously there's no W/um quantity in above conversion table. Not sure if "luminuous power" is a commonly understood term, perhaps you can explain it's meaning. Unit W/um rather sounds like spectral density. W quantity implies radiometric unit, to convert it photometric (luminous) quantity, you have to apply eye sensitivity curve.

Thanks for your answers
how can i have to apply eye sensitivity curve.
i have luminscent power in (w/um) vs voltage and i want to convert it at luminance (cd/m2) vs voltage !!!!
