The best way is to go to the TI website and search either on transformer design or Unitrode seminars. Those contain many examples of transformer design.

topoloy "two transistor forward converter"
i/p volt 150v dc - 400 v dc (input to converter)
o/p volt 55v dc
o/p current 10 A
core available is ETD 59

the code is in vb. for every form and fields there is an attribute to enable or disable it. just chane the attribute to enable.
