Help on SPD for digital lines

Does anybody knows a SPD ( Surge protective device ) for ethernet line at 100 Mb/sec ?
It is enough class 2 (waveform shape 8/20 uS )
I have found many at 10 Mb/sec, but no one at 100 Mb/Sec.
