Salam,
i need to draw PCB layout of SMT RF filter.. we need to provide ground plane beneath IC body. now my question is that how apart should be the Plated Through Holes(PTH) from one another? and how many vias should be there for proper operation of IC?? Also what should be the size /diameter of PTH vias?? is the number of PTH vias, their diameter and the spacing between them related to operating frequency of IC?? if yes, please provide me with the relating equation/ method ..
