Here r the given parameters:

3-phase generator outputs: 480V rms line-to-line voltage; 275kVA;

How 2 calculate the output line-to-line current (rms)?
& how 2 calculate the output phase current (rms)?

I just be confused about the relationship bet. them ......:cry::cry:

your 3phase formula is E x I x sqrt(3) = VA. With that you can find your line current. Your phase current is dependant on the arrangement of your coils, but at 480 your likely in Delta, so Iphase current is Iline / sqrt(3).

Thank you so much! Pretty clear and helpful explanations!!
