Help on 120MHz oscillator

Hi!
I have to design a very low phase noise 120MHz oscillator locked to 5MHz.
Any suggestion for this oscillator schemetic? :?:
And, about phase locked structure (SPD, prescaler, PLL, ...)? :?:

Oh, I forgot it.

The 120 MHz oscillator is based on a xtal at 120MHz.
Or also, a 60 MHz xtal with x2 stage.

Can anybody suggest any xtal manufacturer?
