Solution needed for the following question

Determine the no. of atoms/sec that must make a stimulated emission transition in a master/laser device if it is to have a power of one watt at
a.)Frequency=3000MHZ
b.)λ=10µm
c.)λ=500nm

answers
a.)5*10^23
b.)5*10^19
c.)2.5*10^-6
 

seems like a homework question?
