Can anybody help me to simulate over matlab an antenna 4 x 4 planer array with phase control that can sense 1mW of energy.

Pl help me soon.

be realized easyily,but how to control the 1mW of energy with matlab?is it important for u?
 

which antenna element do you used? why do you simulate in matlab?
 

Prof L. Sevgi at Dogus university Turkey offers in his homepage
a matlab code to simulate arbitrary array (no coupling effects considered)
his address can found in google
