Hi Friends,

I need a P Channel MOSFET with continuous maximum drain current of 40A, and very low GATE Threshold Voltage.

I want to use this MOSFET in Battery Cell Balancing Application.(My Battery individual Cell Voltage is 2.1V).

Can some body suggest me in this regard.
