Any one can give me information or documents about communication protoclos(CAN,LIN,Flex Ray,MOST....etc) Which is used in car networking(Automobile).

I always heard about Communication Protocols... How actually, can we implement it? Using programming language such as C, Java and so on ?? Any guide lines for implementing communication protocols.... ANybody??
