Help Needed! 99.3% efficiency PFC with 1.35Kw/dm3 Density~

I am trying to reconstruct the PFC in this paper which was written by J. Biela and J.W. Kolar with G. Deboy from Infineon. (with great respect for these brilliant mind) But after day and night of head scratching and hair pulling, I just can not figure out how to calculate the Choky / Transformer / EMI filter. Can anyone help me on this?


P.S.: If there are any transformer manufacture who is interest in a new customer, please contact me, my boss want to put this together into a product.

sorry...Im new to this section. Im also trying to simulate this bridgeless topology in matlab. But I couldnot able to design PI controller for outer voltage loop. will u plz provide PI parameters or tell me how to design PI controller for this ckt.
