hi
When voice data packet is send over LAN then what will be the functionality of OSI layer?

what do you mean by OSI functionality ?

If you are refering to VoIP protocol stack, then a general architecture could be:

-------------
UDP
-------------
IP
--------------
MAC
--------------
Ethernet
--------------

There's no something called OSI layer , it's OSI Model ?

Data packet is in L3 , do the S.IP and D.IP is put in the headers

Then to L2 , Where the the Datalink source and destination addresses is put

Then to L1 , The "Sending bits" Layer , which is your Ethernet. .

This is the rule of each layer in short from L3 ---->L1
