Hi

Can any one help me :

I have an rf power source (200W 1~30mHz) and I need to convert it to DC with as small as possible loss.

I think I need a power rectifier (2 power diode connected as a full wave rectifier and a match filter between the source (50 ohm) and the rectifier

Can any one please give some advice how to approach the solution

Thanks in advance

Hi Bobi, sketch with your circuit analyze tool which you use how you want to couple your diodes and attach it.
Don't you want to use a four diode gretz-bridge instead ? Why 2 diodes if you want to convert as much as possible to DC ?

you may use 2 diodes and 2 mosfet to convert it.

Can you get to the power supply of the RF source and go from there? This will eliminate the conversion loss of DC->RF.
