Help need on debug this SimuLink Model

This model keep telling me some issue on signal dimension.

There is a loop in the model, if i specify one Sample/Hold to be "input latched", the issue will appear. If i specify it not so, it will be OK.

I've uploaded model hope someone can help me debug it.
