Help: Mentor Graphics after routing unable to select nets, why?

hi I routed several nets on the top and bottom plane. The nets on the top I can select and unroute. The nets on the bottom I cannot select. The un routing is done in layout.

why?

I found the problem,
Hi, hope this helps others using

in Pads layout select filters(click a empty area of the design left mouse click, select the filters ) then click layer tab.
select the working layer

Hope this help other newb
