Design an amplifier to achieve G_{Tmax} using a transistor with the following scattering parameters. For the input and output matching networks, use lumped elements (inductors and capacitors).

S-Parameters:

S_{11}=0.227∠−59°

S_{12}=0.078∠93°

S_{21}=1.92∠64°

S_{22}=0.848∠−31°
