Help me with Points Manager magnetic card terminal

Points Manager terminal

hi

i want to build a terminal for the managment of bonus points.
each client has a magnetic card. this terminal sould register the amount of points generated by the client accordding to value of the operation

example:

client buy something that costs $30, so it wins 30 points on is card

this terminal sould be able to communicate this transactions to a server via phone line ou internet


could someone help with similar pojects? code and schematics?
