I design a linear regulator with ripple rejection. but I find the phase of the output is ahead of the input phase. I just want to ask: Is the miller capacitor is too large from the output of the erramp to it's input?

Have you checked the phase margin of your regulator? When you check phase margin, pls de-connect your capacitor.
