Power supply +60/-60 4A

Hi everyone,
I would like to design a SMPS +60/-60 4A and I need great help from all of you, I test different approach but without too much succes. I tried the push-pull, the foward converter and etc, but the problem occurs mostly when it come to plug the circuit in the wall. I think I will start over with your aid !!! Who are willing to help me, I got a lot of questions for you, and starting with the transformer.
How do I chose the value (in Henry) of my transformer?
How do I know how much VA cant my transformer output ?
What type of converter is ideal for me?

First recommendation: never use mains directly. If you have not built a Switching PS yet it can be very dangerous.
Second choosing transformer all depends on your frequency there are huge amount of information on this subject in google.

Re: Power supply +60/-60 4A

First of all

THIS IS NOT A HOBBY PROJECT

if you really want to do it..
first start something smaller

search the net. You will get lot of information
simulate it and finally do it
