Help on antenna design

Hi all,
any help on antenna design plz.
I'd like to design a 50 Ohm matched loop antenna, which will generate a isotropic volume of 30cm3^in its centre. The emited frequency will be 2.313MHz.

Any help will be considered.
Any tools too
