RFID and long range RX

Hi
I plan to made timing with RFID chips. On internet is not write nothing obout made reciver. No one of manufacturer is care for RX :(
Witch TX chips (freqency) you sugest for range obout 1.5m, and if someone have RX shematic for this range.
