Help me with +5v, GND, and -5v source for ICL7107

is the pinouts of icl7107 different from the pinouts of icl7107cpl... i want to make a voltmeter out of this ic, however i have a problem with the +5v, GND, and -5v source... can anybody please help me?

This is one way to power a 7107, you can see how the negative supply is solved.

you can use 7660 to do it!

only need two 10uF capacitor
