Help me use TLK100 of Texas Instrument

Dear all,

I'm designing a board use Industrial Ethernet PHY TLK100 (The link is Ethernet - PHY - TLK100 - TI.com). The IC TLK100 need to be connected to NXP LPC2368.

The TLK100 supports the standard Media Independent Interface (MII) for direct connection to a Media Access
Controller. Full MII support is implemented in LPC2468. LPC23xx has RMII interface only so you need to change for
TLK110 (supports the standard Media Independent Interface (MII) and also the Reduced Media Independent Interface
(RMII).
