Help me use the com0com program

Have you ever used this "program"? You can find it here: http://com0com.sourceforge.net/

The problem is that i don't understand this from readme

BUILDING
========

  1. Set up the DDK environment on your machine.
  2. Run the build -wcZ command in the com0com directory to build
     com0com.sys.
  3. Copy com0com.inf and com0com.sys files to a temporary directory.

What is DDK, how to build wcZ command and what is in this case temporary directory.
I tried to run it without "building", just installed ports, and it didnt work. Can someone help me?
