Help me use Pspice 9 for designing a guitar distortion pedal

okay i know very little about electronics. but im gonna try and design and build a guitar distortion pedal soon. distortion pedals are the easiest to make so i figured id start there. i have orcad pspice 9. and i heard you can enter schematics into it and itll show you how they affect a sine wave. but i cant for the life of me figure out how to do it. can someoene help me out? if anyone knows anothing about guitr electronics or anything that can help. please share too.

Yes, schematics can be used in PSpice as long as you know your design. Then, at the input of your design, apply a sine wave source. You do simulate according to your needs.
