Help me understand the voltages in HCmos technology

in TTL technology Lgic 0 is between 0 - 0.8 and 1 is between 2-5
In Cmos technology logic 0 is between 0 - 1.5 and logic 1 is between 1.5 - 5
i want to understand about this voltages in HCmos technology.
