hi
what is the best reference to learn advanced PCB design (book or lecture) ?

I think the best method is refer to book and then do experiments.

A free cad system known as Design Spark is offered by Radio Spares. This is quite comprehensive. A popular system for downloading is CadSoft (Eagle) which has a free version. Protel (Altium) is a professional system, though the Protel DOS version is probably still available for free, and suits hobbyists particularly. Mentor Graphics is at the high end of the market with features for integrated circuit layout on chips.

for the pcb design tutorial the link is below.
