help me to get this working (ryosan D36x00257 motor drive unit)..........

pls see the attachments, this is a SCR phase controlled DC motor drive unit. if anybody know anything about this unit (wiring diagrams, parts, documentation.....), please kindly let me know.

Power: 7.5KW
Voltage: 200-220V AC 3 phase

Hey, kembutz.. after a very hard study, I figured out whats going on with this conversion unit. and I would like to help you,

pls let me have a description about the application of this conversion unit ( I mean, what is the machine having the unit, whats the type of motor, etc...). I may be able to help you.

please do me a favor also. if you can please let me know the values of below mentioned components. it will be a great help for me.

Resistor R1 (located in the top left corner of the top board)
Fu4 and Fu5, (located in the top middle on the bottom board)
Zener diode ZD3 (Located on near the bottom center, next to a 8-pin op-amp IC of the top board)


and I'm very much appreciate if you can take photos of these components and post.

thank you for your support,
i use this conversion unit for my 2 offset printing machines, fuji shinohara offset printing machine and hashimoto offset printing machine, and think both of my offset printing machine use this conversion unit in different application. i have a trouble with my hashimoto offset printing machine, it's main motor make some noise, and my electrical engineering said it need to setting the frequency between conversion unit and the main motor, that's why i need wiring diagram for this unit to help my technician to setting the frequency, i'm not an electrical technician, so i don't know what the values of below mentioned components that you asked to me, but i give you my conversion unit photo that captured by me a few minutes ago, i hope it will help you. thanks...
