Help me solve an equation using inverse fourier transform

I have the equation:

B(θ,φ)=(-i*k*cos(θ)/2*pi)∫∫u(0,y,z)exp(-i*k*cosθ(y*cosφ+z*sinφ))dydz

The limits of the integrals are (-∞,+∞)

Which is the expression of u(0,y,z) relatively to B(θ,φ)? The hint that I have is that I may use Inverse Fourier Transform.You would help me very much if you could find the solution!
