Hi, friends

Need your help here on ADC selection. Want to measure small changes in an
analog ramp (about 10ppm level). Need speed too (>1 MHz). What kind of ADC
chips do you recommend with good performance? Thanks in advance.

Re: ADC selection

go for recirculating ADC

ADC selection

do you mean the resolution is 10ppm. if your reference is 1v then the resolution is 10uv. is it right? that means 100dB SNR. and the data rate is larger than 1 MHz.

Re: ADC selection

renwl,

All you said is what I need. I can do a lot of averaging to reduce random noise though.

Thank you all.

ADC selection

You can try

ADS8482 or ADS1625 for speed function.

I am not sure you can measure 10ppm.

Re: ADC selection

Thank you. I will try ADI's AD7760 and AD7641 first. They look a little better.
