esf crt tube philips

Hi Guys,

I have an JVC 16:9 TV Type: AV-32WH3EP with
Philips CRT Type: W76ESF031X44.

Who have information ( docu. ) experiences about the mentioned
CRT ( is dead ). I used my TV only 4.5 Year long ( ca. 2000 Hour ).

What is the MTBF for the CRT.

phillips crt warranty

a lot of ESF tubes are faulty even after less function hours
perhaps they have a bad design
they have a very good picture but not for long time...
I have momentarily 3 very good tv with very bad ESF tubes,
one of them is made in 1999, the two others in 1997

Does anyone know what ESF means in the picture tube's type name?
