plz tell me that HOW I CAN USE PARALLEL PORT FOR INTERFACING without DATA AQUISITION CARD????

There is lack of information in your post.

What do you want to interface ?

Seems like you want to connect an A/D converter to it, but you need to tell which model do you want to use.
