i want to make a frequency modulator .so can u help me out?

The simplest thing to do is use a varicap diode in an LC oscillator. The modulating signal drives the diode, changing its capacitance and hence frequency-modulating the oscillator.
Try this website and look for FM transmitters. **broken link removed**
