i make a sigle side pcb (without schmentic) with altium .i stuck in bottom solder (bottom solder layer not working )
how to make soldermask sir

thanks

while making footprint of a component when you define its pad there is option to define the shape of the pad on 3 layers for bottom it would be

1-Bottom layer
2-Bottom paste
3-Bottom solder

Click on bottom solder and define the pad dimension there for bottom solder, it will appear in your layout then.

Cheers!!

Hi Sitaram,

In altium you can define soldermask expansion values either in footprint or in your design rules.
In footprint double click on a pad, a window will open you can specify the expansion value for soldermask.Refer to attachment footprint.
In design rules check for soldermask expansion values. Refer to attachment pcb.

Thanks,
Shabu
