It looks somewhat similar to a 2-pole active low-pass filter. One thing bothers me though: output is connected to a non-inverting input.
Where does this ciruit come from? Could you give us some context?
it is basically a integrator using the noninverting terminal this is the only basis so use any oopam book for ni/ti u will get the detials as this is the opam from ni form 1000 gain
