P46AB = 74V574 (the same function as a 74HC574)
HC14 = 74HC14
4580M = NJM4580M - Possibly... Check which pins are connected to power and ground.
A34 = This is a long shot - the "05" could indicate a 5V reference, e.g. like a REF195
from Analog Devices. The other components that connect to it could give a clue.
I just wanted to point out, that the P46AB ic is in fact, an International Rectifier device and its proper number is IRF7314.
There is no reason to muck about with 74XX devices as the IRF7314 is readily available.
I hope this will save others from hours of time wasting.
