Help me identify a circuit for ROM memory

Just bias for other PMOS transistors.

ROM

This circuit is a current bias with output BIASROM to other circuit. From the name, maybe it's the bias to the current sense amplifier to the ROM memory.
However, this circuit is rather simple in a sense that the PMOS operation region is dependent on the resistance of the resistor, which may lead to linear or saturation finally and it is PVT varying. If this circuit is really for a current bias, this is NOT a good circuit. Be careful !
