hi friends,
I am planning to do my Mtech project work in design for testability domain . i am new to Desin for testability ....plz help me out by tellling where can i found digital design modules verilog code for testing using TETRA MAX ATPG (SYNOPSYS TOOL) ....and how to get started with TETRAMAX ATPG..

PLZ HELP ME
