Harmonics Ammeter???

Hey,
I'm looking at putting together an ammeter that I can tune to various harmonics up to maybe 11th.
I've identified a couple of switched capacitor filter chips that will cover the filtering aspect of it sufficiently.
The next bit is the signal processing:
Considering a true RMS chip and simple 8bit ucontroller for A/D and LCD driving.
Does anybody have any pointers for parts or configurations suitable?
Thanks.
