Hi brothers,

I have bought a semiconductor voltage regulator LM7805, but unknowingly, when I got home, I'm suprised for what the store keeper gave me, it looks like a transistor
(TO package) and has a part number of 2152461 and on the second line it says CP106D, I need the pin configuration to use it

thanks

cp106d configuration

Of course, ECHO is right, this is not a voltage regulator .. The 7805-regulators (in most cases) are clearly laballed with the "7805" number ..
And that is a lesson for the future ..
Always when you go to a store where components are stored in drawer units, make sure that the part given to you is the one you are after ..
Some people (including store keepers) mess around with bits and pieces and wrong parts can always be found in wrong drawers ..

Regards,
IanP
