Help me establish power and output voltage of a toroidal transformer

I have a toroidal transformer, is it posibble to get its power and output voltage information?

Depends on core material and dimensions, wire diameter and type and operation frequency.

Windings look like made from regular control wire, if so, it's neither suited for high frequency nor temperature.

Looks like a choke to me for suppressing high frequencies.
