I need design low dropout regulators 11V/10A with Vin-Vout=0.5V
how can I design the LDO??

Re: LDO 11V/10A

You can start from something like this:

**broken link removed**

It is 12V regulator so you will ave to re-calculate resistor values R5 and R6 for 11V and to increase current you may add couple of more MOSFETS in parallel with existing one. (Gate to Gate, Drain to Drains....)

LDO 11V/10A

10A! what application will u use it?
it will be big big size .....
very big big size
and u have to concern about the stability at start up...

it will be big big size..
