usb networking

hi guys

well i'm just trying to request help of you in a specified topic :

actually, you can imagine that there's gonna be a sort of network (OCDMA) working at end users either server with USB-2 port.
as a part my job is the design of the interface circuit (microcontrollers,convertors...etc.)
between pc and the network card (in relation with network ) just for handling data in & out in a form of streams of binary data and obviously the proper driver for the specified protocol used for handshaking for this purpose.
i should say that my operating systems are all WINDOWS (Xp preferd).

thanks for your beforehand helps

regards.
